Age of the vines: 40 to 50 years old
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked. Maceration in stainless steel vats for 4 to 5 days. Gentle pressing and natural fermentation (with indigenous yeasts) in oak barrels for 15 days. Maturing in old oak barrels for 15 to 18 months.
Grapes: Pinot Noir
Alcohol: 13.50%.
Keeping its potential: ready to drink or can be kept in the cellar for 5 years or more.
