Beaune 1er Cru 2019 Les Avaux - Mongeard Mugneret
Tasting: The wines from the "Avaux" plot have an accentuated robe of intense and dark colour. The bouquet offers a palette of very varied and complex aromas, animal notes on a background of leather and red and black fruits, berries, blackcurrant, morello cherry.
Both silky and dense on the palate, the Beaune 1er Cru "Les Avaux" displays a certain distinction and a great deal of balance in a warm and full context. The tannins express themselves but without excess, magnificently melted with cherry flavours and candied nuances.
