Domaine Daniel-Etienne Defaix
The Old Vines of the Daniel-Etienne DEFAIX Estate have an average age of 45 years, the oldest dating back to 1905, on a terroir of the Upper Jurassic composed of Kimmeridgian marls with very small fossilized oysters. The wine is lively and mineral. Ideal for aperitif, and oysters, seafood platters but also starters such as Burgundy snails or parsleyed ham.
