MATURING: 8 to 10 months in French oak barrels, with up to 10% new barrels according to the
vintage, then 2 to 3 months in stainless steel vats.
AGEING : This wine benefits from the optimal environmental conditions of the cellars of the
Bastions of the old Château de Beaune.
