Located in the south of the Côte de Beaune, between Puligny-Montrachet and Santenay, the
Chassagne-Montrachet vineyard is divided between the Pinot Noir and the Pinot Noir.
Chardonnay. Somewhat overshadowed by the great notoriety of the whites, the wines
Chassagne-Montrachet red wines are appreciated by connoisseurs for their
the expressiveness of their terroir. Their fleshy power often reminds us of the crus of the
Côte de Nuits.

TASTING NOTE: Rich bouquet with notes of red and black fruits. Fleshy wine and structured, all in elegance. Good ageing potential.

VINIFICATION : Depending on the profile of the vintage, the vatting period can last from 14 to 16 days.

AGEING : 10 to 12 months in French oak barrels, with 20 to 30% new barrels.

AGEING: This wine benefits from the optimal environmental conditions of the cellars of the Bastions of the old Château de Beaune.
