VINIFICATION AND AGEING
This cuvée is made from the 2014 vintage. The low yields linked to the forest environment and the altitude of the vines, make this Puligny-Montrachet a rarity not to be missed.
Harvest : manual followed by sorting of the grapes.
Vinification : after static settling, the must is placed in oak barrels. to start their alcoholic fermentation
Ageing: on fine lees in new oak barrels (35%) and in oak barrels of one to two years old. two wines
Duration of breeding: 15 to 18 months
TASTING
The nose is charming and powerful with iodized, brioche and fruity scents. The palate is harmonious, complex and of beautiful substance. One finds a great persistence, brought by the minerality of the terroir.
Serving temperature between 12° and 14°C.
Consume now and up to 15 years.
