The Puligny-Montrachet “Les Enseignères” from Domaine Chavy-Chouet is a refined and precise white Burgundy, firmly rooted in the tradition of great Puligny wines.
It offers a very elegant nose, marked by white flowers, citrus, and a subtle buttery and mineral touch.
On the palate, the texture is taut and crystalline, with beautiful energy and a saline finish typical of terroirs near the Grand Cru vineyards.
The oak influence is generally subtle, allowing the purity of the Chardonnay and the precision of the terroir to shine through.
