Tasted by William Kelley on 25 August 2022: "The 2020 Rully Blanc is deep and vibrant, revealing notes of pear, freshly baked bread, Meyer lemon, mint and hazelnut. Quite powerful, full and satiny, with bright acids and an elegant, full profile, it is beautifully balanced."

Vineyards: Planted between 1949 and 2007, for a total area of 3 ha 31 ares 87 ca
Vinification: Hand picked, direct pressing without crushing, static settling 48 hours then put in barrels for alcoholic fermentation (20% new barrels). All the terroirs are vinified separately and the blending is done only at bottling.
Ageing: 12 months in barrels, then 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottling according to the lunar calendar.
Personality: Long maturing allows this wine to age very well. The minerality is always present despite the harvest always at great maturity.
