Tasted by William Kelley on January 14, 2021: "Another terrific red in the making is Lamy's 2019 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Derrière Chez Edouard Rouge, a medium-bodied, chalky, incisive wine that evokes sweet red berries, wood smoke, dark chocolate and loamy soil. Pungent and mouthwatering, like its white counterpart, it's well worth discovering."
