Saint joseph 2024 Digue - Yves Cuilleron
Yves Cuilleron's Saint-Joseph Blanc Cuvée Digue is a refined white wine made from Marsanne and Roussanne grapes, emblematic of the Saint-Joseph appellation in the Northern Rhône Valley. Its pale yellow color with golden highlights reveals a luminous and elegant wine. On the nose, it unfolds delicate aromas of white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruits such as pear and peach, as well as subtle notes of citrus and honey, testifying to the finesse and typicity of the granitic terroir.
On the palate, this wine seduces with its balanced structure and silky texture. Ripe fruit flavors linger with floral nuances and a light minerality that brings tension and freshness. Vivacity and roundness coexist harmoniously, offering a wine that is both luscious and refined, ideal for enjoying now or for cellaring for a few years to further develop its complexity.
The controlled aging process, in vats and carefully selected oak barrels, preserves aromatic purity while adding depth and elegance. Cuvée Digue Blanc reflects the style of Yves Cuilleron: a precise, elegant wine, true to the typicity of the Saint-Joseph appellation, capable of seducing with both its freshness and its subtlety.
