- Degree :14°.
- Terroir : Of granitic origin
- Age of the vines: More than 30 years old

- Vinification / Maturing: Gentle juice extraction (pneumatic press), fermentation and maturing in barrels (11 months).
- Tasting notes: the robe is a beautiful straw colour with silvery tints.
- Nose: The nose is elegant. A touch of yellow fruit, Bergeron and bergamot but also a mineral, wet stone or pebble sensation. A complex nose
- Palate : The mouth offers a structure that is both ample and generous but also of great purity. A racy and long wine!
- Serving suggestions : The structure and the flesh of this wine make it an excellent gastronomic accompaniment for fish and white meats: a few scallops roasted in butter and served on a bed of endive / a little fleur de sel and a drop of pepper / a sea bass cooked in a salt crust accompanied by a few "glazed" carrots / a veal filet mignon roasted in the oven and accompanied by a generous pan of cep mushrooms / a Cow's cheese such as Morbier or Comté cheese matured for 18 or 24 months.
