Vincent Girardin's Clos des Chênes is an elegant, well-balanced white Burgundy wine from the prestigious Meursault terroir. Hand-harvesting and careful vinification in stainless steel vats preserve the freshness of the Chardonnay grapes. Ageing in partially new French oak barrels brings structure and complexity. This vintage is characterized by subtle aromas of white fruit, flowers and mineral notes, with a long finish. An ideal wine to accompany fish, poultry and mature cheeses.
