- Presentation: A great cuvée from the Fleurie appellation whose grapes are grown by hand, with passion and in biodynamic farming. These are really confidential vintages because the yields are low and the bottles are very sought after.
- Tasting : A great wine from Fleurie with a red / ruby colour. The mouth is balanced and one notices its crunchy and elegant side. On the nose, notes of red fruits (raspberries, strawberries and cherries). A long, silky finish that stands out for its finesse. An exceptional quality.
- Cellaring potential: 10 years
- Terroir : Silt sands rich in granite
- Maturing : In vats
- Food and wine pairing: Veal rice, Risotto; Sautéed mushrooms (porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, coulemelles)
