Grape variety : Gamay Noir
Presentation: A beautiful cuvée from the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, whose vines are located in the upper part of the vineyard. A well-balanced wine with a very mineral side worthy of its terroir with manganese (characteristic of Moulin-à-Vent).
Tasting : A red / ruby colour. The palate is balanced with an explosion of red fruits and a superb roundness.
Cellaring potential: 15 ans
Terroir : Silt sands rich in granite
Maturing : In vats
Food and wine pairing: To be enjoyed with risotto; Mushroom stir-fries.
