Terroir : Montigny sous Chatillon, Marne Valley in association with our white wines from Vitryat.
Grape variety: 90% Meunier, 10% Chardonnay
Elaboration : The wine is vinified in vats and in barrels (70% - 30%) - Aged on lees. No malolactic fermentation. Prolonged aging on lees in bottle (3 to 4 years).
Dosage : 3g/L
Style: To the eye, a golden color. On the nose, the aromas are generous and fruity. On the palate, the attack is supple and creamy. The wine is ample, greedy, served by a beautiful length.
