Made exclusively from Chardonnay from Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Villers-Marmery, the Deutz Brut Amour offers a clear, precise and yeasty bouquet with flavors of potted ginger, brioche and bread on a very fine, quite complex and elegant nose. The palate is pure and delicate yet taut and tight towards the finish. There is structure, great elegance, finesse, length and a challenging salinity. This is a complex and mineral yet delicate Blanc de Blancs Champagne that combines power and persistence with finesse and elegance.
