"A rare cuvée, the result of a precise blend: three barrels aged in a temperate cellar and three barrels from a warmer, drier cellar, where evaporation accentuates the wine's concentration and power. With approximately 18.5% alcohol, this Vin Jaune is full-bodied, intense, and deeply expressive, displaying peaty, smoky, and iodine notes typical of the Triassic soils from which it originates. On the palate, it impresses with its density, saline strength, and aromatic dimension—a wine of impact, broad, vibrant, and assertive, more powerful and nutty than the Château Chalon of the same vintage.
