Soil: Lean, very calcareous, chalk on the surface.
Grape Varieties: 50% Chardonnay 50% Pinot Noir - Vintage 2010
Vinification: Slow fermentation in barrels, maturing on lees, "prise de mousse" under cork - 96 months in the cellar.
