Cuvée type: Vintage Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne, crafted exclusively from Chardonnay.
Terroir: Sourced from the *Les Hautes Mottes* vineyard site, comprising two distinct plots totaling 67 ares. Situated at the foot of the slope with a due-east exposure, the vines grow in pure, nutrient-poor, and very compact chalk soil, encouraging deep and distinctive root penetration.
Viticulture: Meticulously managed vines with an average age of 16 years; practices include natural winter cover cropping, mechanical soil cultivation (seasonal plowing), gentle crop protection methods, and hand-harvesting.
Vinification and aging: The winemaking process combines fermentation primarily in stainless steel tanks with a portion in oak barrels to enhance the aromatic profile, followed by a long period of aging on the lees in the cellar.
