Tasting by Stephan Reinhardt : "The NV Cuvée Rosé Brut is a 100% Pinot Noir based on 2008 (90%). The colour is an intense orange-pink and the nose offers beautiful subtle, yet deep and intense flavours of ripe and macerated Pinot Noir and lemon. The structured palate is also of great purity and finesse. The finish is fresh and reveals perfect fruit. This Rosé can be drunk almost like a light red wine."
