Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2016 Les Sablons - Chapelle Saint Theodoric
HISTORY
The Chapelle Saint Théodoric is the result of a partnership between the Domaine de Cristia and an importer in the USA who wanted to buy vines on the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation about ten years ago. Depending on the year, two to three vintages (Les Sablons, La Guigasse and Le Grand Pin) are produced from sandy terroirs close to Rayas. For each cuvée the volume produced is about 3-4000 bottles annually. La Chapelle Saint Théodoric is an independent project but an integral part of the Domaine de Cristia.
