One of the most beautiful vintages of Corsica. A recent terroir on limestone soils. The vines overlook Bonifacio and show the hard work of Yves Canarelli.

- Vines: planted from 2010

- Soil: clay-limestone near the sea. Wide temperature range between day and night. Hot and windy climate.

- Vineyard: Massal selections

- Cultivation: biodynamic

- Harvest : 100% de-stemmed ; manual and sorting table

- Fermentation : indigenous yeast strain collected on the estate

- Maturation : 8 months in 34 hectoliters and half muid tuns

- Service : ideal temperature : 11 - 13° C
