Despite its richness and concentration, this Côte-Rôtie seduces with its elegance and finesse. The nose opens with a profusion of juicy blackberries, while the perfectly balanced palate reveals a full, silky texture. With aeration, subtle notes of pomegranate and black olives emerge, adding complexity and freshness. The finish is long, precise and delicate. From vines located in the Côte Blonde area, this wine is made from organically grown grapes. Aged in concrete eggs and 600-liter barrels with very little wood. Enjoy now, or cellar.
