Grape variety: Planting of Petit and Gros Manseng.
Presentation of the cuvée : It is called "Memoria" and, once you have tasted it, you will not soon forget it ! Made from old Petit and Gros Manseng vines from 1971, it is a "semi-dry" cuvée (20 gr of residual sugar only); it offers a very smooth texture always counterbalanced by a very salivating minerality which gives it length. At the beginning of the tasting, it starts out as "quite mellow" and ends up as a dry wine, in style. Fruity notes of apricot, lemon, peach, mango, grapefruit, and pineapple. Quite a spicy style as well, making this a remarkable Jurançon demi sec.
