Order wine : Bandol 2021 La Migoua - Domaine Tempier

This plot-based cuvée comes from a high altitude terroir on the Beausset-Vieux massif, geologically complex, but also wild. A fine selection allows us to best express these specificities. All this gives an intense wine which François Peyraud, son of Lulu and Lucien, says "he makes the ball", so much it covers the mouth before lying down on the freshness.
COMPOSITION
Mourvèdre (55%), complemented by Cinsault (~25%), and Grenache (~15%) and Syrah.
Average age of the vines: 40 years
VINIFICATION
Grapes are sorted in the vineyard and in the cellar; destemmed, crushed and put in the cellar for 3 to 4 weeks of fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts.
BREEDING
In casks 18 months minimum before bottling.
Preservation: from 5 to 20 years, with a more important ageing potential according to the tastes of each one.
