Tasting note :Deep and bright with a perfectly ripe, intense, tropical-scented nose, with its ripe yellow nectarine and peach aromas. The wine has beautiful botrytis with hints of crisp, salty slate. It is racy-piquant, very stimulating, crisp and crunchy on the finish, with lingering salinity. This Sonnenuhr is still very young and needs time to settle down, but it is still admirable and fresh.
It is very long, complex and taut - simply fabulous.
