- Tasting notes : "The Pouilly Fumé Aubaine 2017 is a selection from a single parcel of very stony limestone vineyards benefiting from a warm microclimate. The wine was vinified in concrete vats for 18 months, including malolactic fermentation. Bottled in early March 2019, it opens with a clear, ripe, elegant and aromatic, yet precise and fresh bouquet of bright, partly tropical fruit. Intense yet elegant and fresh on the palate, this is a fairly full-bodied, fruity Pouilly with a stimulating mineral and phenolic grip and salinity and good length. The 2017 Aubaine is drinking perfectly well today. Tasted in February 2021." Stephan Reinhardt
