Superb aromas of crushed red fruits enhanced by notes of orange peel, fresh spices and delicate flowers, with a subtle salty touch. The palate is bright, lively and very elegant from the outset, then unfolds with intensity and length. Fine, powdery tannins appear on the finish, bringing structure and refinement. A unique wine, both luminous and deep. Ageing: 55% whole harvest, 80% new wood, 10% in amphorae and 10% in casks.
