Pouilly Fumé Aubaine 2020 - Jonathan Didier Pabiot
- Rating : 93+/100 Parker
- Cellaring potential : To be drunk from 2022 to 2040.
- Tasting by Stephan Reinhardt on June 30, 2022: "From a one-hectare limestone vineyard that is about 35 years old and aged on the lees for 18 months in underground concrete tanks, the 2020 Pouilly Fumé Aubaine offers a pure, intense, dense and fresh nose of beautifully iodized and crisp ripe white fruit. On the palate, this is an intense, structured Pouilly with a challenging purity but also enormously rich and textured, with appetizing tension and salinity on the finish. A complex and powerful wine with mineral freshness and tension. Superb."
- Alcohol content: 13%.
- Stopper: natural.
