MATURING : Hand picked, first press only. Aged on laths in traditional pigeon holes.
ASSEMBLY : The complexity of our Brut Réserve comes from the richness of its blend. To the range of wines from a harvest of more than 600 parcels, are combined 30 to 40% of reserve wines available from 10 vintages aged in vats and tuns.
DOSAGE : 7 to 8 g of sugar per liter
Food and wine pairing
Perfect expression of the aperitif, our Brut Réserve is ideal for a festive lunch or a lover's dinner all in champagne. It is also a perfect accompaniment for aperitifs. At the table, pike-perch on a bed of leeks, guinea fowl supremes, a fresh chaource cheese or apple pie are dishes in harmony with this wine of great conviviality.
