The estate's only white wine, La Bégou, showcases Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc grapes from old vines planted on limestone and schist soils. Natural fermentation and extended aging on fine lees result in a white wine of great mineral tension, marked by aromas of pear, almond, warm stone, and white flowers. On the palate, salinity and freshness balance a full and silky texture, offering a persistent and vibrant finish. La Bégou exemplifies the Languedoc's ability to produce elegant, profound, and perfectly balanced white wines.
