Tasting: A mature wine. It is a Burgundy monopole, harvested at 13.5% natural alcohol potential, exhales honeyed, mineral and spicy aromas. Fleshy and rich, concentrated, broad and pure. Plenty of dried gravel and spice flavours are found in its silky texture and rounded personality.
