“The PSI 2022 is clean, expressive and open, much more accessible than the more reductive 2021, which I tasted alongside. It's primary, fruity and precise. “The fruit selection was better in 2022,” explained Mr. Sisseck. It has restrained ripeness and a polished texture, and is elegant and slender, with fine tannins. It feels like a step up from the 2021. It was also the final blend waiting to be bottled - clarified, sulfured and all the rest, which is practically the wine that will be bottled. Luis Gutiérrez
