Presentation: a red wine with character. It offers notes of ripe cherries and blackcurrant. Medium-bodied, rich and acidulous, with a basket of fruit and well-structured tannins. Subtle undergrowth is noticeable. Au Champ Salomon is one of Couchey's best known lieux-dits. The terroir is located halfway up the slope. To be drunk after 3 years in the cellar, or to be kept for 10 years.
