- TASTING NOTES
A pale yellow color with green reflections. The nose is powerful, fruity and floral. In the mouth, the wine is powerful, long and fresh. A seductive wine, very well balanced.
To be enjoyed now at an ideal temperature of 12-14°C or to be kept for 5 to 10 years.
- THE ART OF TASTING
We often forget that it is not enough to have good wines in our cellar, but that we must also know how to serve them.
Temperature is an essential element, about 12° for whites and 15° for reds, and without a good tasting glass that will amplify the wine's aromas, you are sure to diminish your pleasure.
A good glass gives a large surface of aeration to the wine and a tightening of the neck, which allows the nose to better grasp the richness and complexity of the great wine.
