Rully Blanc 1er cru 2020 - Michel Sarrazin et Fils
A wine to be drunk during meals, supported by its dry and fruity side. You can enjoy it as an aperitif, with seafood (fish, shellfish) and also some poultry.
This large 40 hectare estate is a solid source in the Côte Chalonnaise. Conventionally farmed, yields have averaged 30-35 hectolitres per hectare in recent years, and harvesting is by machine, followed by optical sorting in the cellar. Maceration of the reds is relatively long and both reds and whites are aged in barrels exclusively from the Tonnellerie François Frères.
