On the nose, this Châteauneuf has lots of energy, red plums and excellent herbal freshness. I like the serious tannic structure, if still slightly spicy. Long finish of licorice, clove and allspice. A cuvée of 80% Grenache with Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Counoise. Made from Demeter-certified biodynamically grown grapes. Drink now, but better from 2025.
