Condrieu 2019 Grain d'Émotion - Guy Farge
From the estate
90/100 Parker
Expected maturity: To be enjoyed from 2021 to 2024
Tasted in 2022 by Joe Czerwinski: "Farge's tight, almost lemony 2019 Condrieu Grain d'Emotion takes the appellation's freshness to new levels in this warm year. Instead of the traditional flowers and apricots, it delivers white peaches, pears and citrus. Quite powerful and admirably concentrated, it is sleek and compact, with a long finish."
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Will go very well with aperitifs with truffle butter toast and meals with salmon with mangoes, foie gras terrine.
