"The 2015 Arbois Chardonnay Les Bruyères comes from Triassic clay soils that give the wine a typically Jura character, similar to that observed in the Sursis cuvée. Aged for two years in barrels, it reveals spicy and slightly nutty notes, with a strong personality marked by the minerality of the clay. It is a so-called reductive wine, capable of withstanding long maturation and aging magnificently in the bottle, while retaining the tension and complexity characteristic of the great Jura Chardonnays." – Luis Gutiérrez
