"The 2020 Blanc de Noirs Mailly-Champagne Grand Cru—disgorged in July 2025 with a dosage of three grams per liter—is another triumph. In the glass, it reveals aromas of blood orange, red apple, and freshly baked bread, accented by subtle iodine-like nuances. Possessing a broad, refined, and precise texture, it centers on a generous core of fruit, underpinned by a chalky structure and vibrant acidity, leading to a long, saline finish. Incisive and full of energy, it offers a stylistic profile radically different from the richer Ambonnay cuvée, and stands out as the most accomplished wine in the range this year." — Kristaps Karklins

• Grape Variety / Blend: 100% Pinot Noir (a *Blanc de Noirs* from the Grand Cru terroir of Mailly-Champagne, in the Montagne de Reims).
• Dosage: Extra-Brut (typically around 3 g/L to 3.5 g/L, in line with the estate’s customary practices).
• Disgorgement Date: July 2025.
• Vinification & Maturation: Alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels; secondary fermentation (*prise de mousse*) carried out under a natural cork stopper (rather than a metal crown cap) to preserve textural complexity; extended aging on the lees in the cellar; the wine is left unfiltered.
• Production: Very limited release (approximately 3,500 to 4,000 bottles produced).
