THE ESTATE TELLS YOU ABOUT IT
Five communes, located at both ends of the Côte de Nuits, have land classified as Côtes de Nuits-Villages: to the north, Fixin, which also has Premier Cru parcels, and Brochon, part of whose vineyard is classified as Gevrey-Chambertin; to the south, Premeaux-Prissey, Comblanchien and finally Corgoloin, which marks the southern limit of the Côte de Nuits. Almost exclusively red, these wines find a very pleasant balance when they play the complementarity between the robust plots of land in the north and the more supple ones in the south.
- SUPPLIES: The grapes come from contracts signed with winegrowers who are committed to respecting the strict quality criteria of Bouchard Père & Fils. We provide them with all our expertise to ensure that the selection made meets our requirements.
- VINIFICATION : Depending on the profile of the vintage, the vatting period can last from 12 to 15 days.

- AGEING: This wine benefits from the optimal environmental conditions of the cellars of the Bastions of the old Château de Beaune.
