Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Champ gain 2006 - Comtes Lafon
93-94/100 Parker
Rated between 93 and 94 by David Schildknecht, Dominique Lafon's 2006 Puligny-Montrachet "Champ Gains" is a rare cuvée made from old, small-berry vines, partially affected by disease, which Lafon cultivates on behalf of a friend. Despite a very limited production (only three and a half barrels), this wine impresses with its finesse and brilliance.
