Tasting notes: "Fine and creamy in texture, this is a compact Champagne today, with firm, almost crisp acidity closely linked to flavors of white nectarine, almond biscuit, candied lemon and crystallized honey that should develop nicely with some bottle age. Mineral support of chalk and smoke lingers on the finish. Disgorged in May 2018. "
