Tasted by Lisa Perrotti-Brown on March 14, 2019 : "The deep garnet-colored 2009 Chateau Margaux exhibits wonderfully perfumed aromas of minty cassis, lilac, Black Forest cake, and oolong tea with hints of pencil shavings and dusty earth. Medium to full-bodied, it has a firm, grainy structure with a lovely freshness that lifts the fragrant fruit to a very long mineral finish."
