This cuvée is the fruit of a lot of work over almost 10 years, clearing the land, building the paths and walls, planting (in 2003 and 2004). Then some time later the first vintage (2009) of this so particular terroir.
- SURFACE AREA: 1.75 hectares in the area known as "la VIALLIERE".
- SOIL NATURE: Micaschist
- GROWING: 100 % Syrah
- SITUATION : Vineyard on slopes, south-south-east exposure
- YIELD: 40 Hl/Ha
- AGE OF VINES: 9 years
- VINIFICATION: 100% destemming. Maceration for 4 weeks.
- AGEING: 100% new half-muids (500 litre barrels) for 18 months. Malo made in barrels
- TASTING : A beautiful mouth of red fruits, a little spicy. The balance and length in the mouth reveal the finesse of the Syrah.
