Winemaker's tasting: "A dark red robe. The nose developed with notes of raspberries and cherries, a noble and volatile acidity. Notes of wet tea leaves and a very mineral side. The mouth reveals everything of a good Côte-Rôtie wine: a softness in its texture, stone fruits, a very fleshy style, notes of raspberry liqueur, with cherries still present. Fragrances of musky flowers and strawberry towards the end of the mouth. Character! Decant it. "Pierre Benetière on March 30, 2018
