La Landonne 2010 - Guigal
Cote-rotie - Guigal
100/100 Parker
Cellaring: 2025 - 2060
Tasted by Jeb Dunnuck on September 14, 2015 : "A wine that is certainly not for those seeking instant gratification, the 2010 Cote Rotie la Landonne is a powerhouse that offers deep, masculine notes of crushed rocks, smoked meats, game, espresso, and assorted dark currant and cassis fruit. Full-bodied, tight, structured, and retrograde, with fabulous mid-palate density and length, it should be forgotten in the cellar for a decade, but will have an overall longevity of 40-50 years."
