Located in Maimbray (in the commune of Sury-en-Vaux), Domaine du Pré Semelé—managed by brothers Julien and Clément Raimbault—is an essential benchmark within the Sancerre appellation. The "Mainbré" single-parcel cuvée showcases a clay-limestone terroir that is exceptional for Pinot Noir. On the palate, this red Sancerre captivates with its brilliant ruby hue and a delicate nose, defined by intense notes of fresh red fruit (Burlat cherry, wild raspberry) alongside a subtle, spicy, peppery touch.
