Sylvain Pataille's red Burgundies embody the elegance and sincerity of a passionate winemaker based in Marsannay, Côte de Nuits.Renowned for his mastery of Pinot Noir, Pataille works biodynamically with a very low-interventionist approach, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.His Bourgogne Rouge, made from young vines or plots outside the prestigious appellations, surprises with its depth, finesse and balance.It has pure fruit, often dominated by red cherry, raspberry and floral notes, with a supple tannic structure and a lively acidity that gives it great freshness.
