The Collet family is a renowned Champagne house, combining tradition and innovation in the production of its cuvées. The winery is located in the heart of the Champagne region, in the village of Bouvigny-Boyeffles, in the Montagne de Reims, one of the region's most prestigious appellations.

History and traditions

The Collet family winery was founded in 1829, and is now run by the 7th generation of the family. The estate's history is based on the principles of respect for the terroir and the environment. The Collets cultivate mainly traditional grape varieties of the region, such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, which bring richness and complexity to their champagnes.
